Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to me is kept confidential, and stored securely on a password protected computer. Any handwritten notes are destroyed after our session. Records are held for at least 7 years following your last session. This is required to comply with the conditions of my insurance. Under GDPR rules you have the right to request deletion of your records at any time. You also have the right to access and obtain copies of your information within 30 days of request. The reason that your information is collected is to provide you with relevant, tailored hypnotherapy and to contact you for appointments and to send your audio support track.  I will only use your personal data for these purposes. Your personal information is kept confidential and not shared with health care professionals, your GP or any other third party without your consent to do so.
